I took my fixture to Parks and had him make some slider plates. This is a 4.155, but can be made any bore. Just SBC right now, but I'm sure nothing will be an issue. Just need to make some attachments to hold it down. Guys with Brezenski slider hardware should bolt right up.

$235 for just the plate.

$260 w/hardware.

It seems like there are are several different designs for that fixture from Brezenski. Mine looks a little different than that one. Also I've modified mine in a few ways so that I could flow test some low style dual plane intakes without having them hit the fixture.
