Looks like a 40 grit finish. 80 grit leaves a smoother finish when photographed. Only Chad knows for sure.

The blended parts are 60 grit. Everything else was just finished with a double cut burr.

John, the circle is a funny thing. I caught some grief one time using the standard diamond. Just looking for something "different". The shiny came from a 60 grit sanding disk. It fit perfect and woundn't allow me to move it around and it made a circle.

This last picture shows it more clear, but is the very top of the port divider deliberately sharper than the rounded bullnose for the rest of the divider? I've read the posts where knife edge dividers get a bad rap from the majority, just curious?
