220cc pro topline heads

I bought the heads for a 400 street motor, pulled and sold it. put a 383short block, together like the one dyno tune built, that chad has listed 385,655 hp , same cam, less lift. 1.5 rockers.
I would like 600hp from this short block, I dont think the heads would make that with a 2.02 valve, also they are 72cc combustion chambers. Should I just put the heads on the shelf and buy the ones ,that chad did for dyno tune?
Or put 2.05s in and mill to 64cc chambers. I want to keep the compression up , this motor will be in 80 malibu , 3050 weight with driver, turbo 400 , 4500 stall, 4.30 gear , 15x8 rim and a 28 x10 tire or 275 dr. would like to run low 10's. also have a couple intakes, holley strip dom 4150 top, motown 4500 top , and 2 edelbrock t -rams , victor ram and tr1y with 660 center squirters.

I think the heads will need some work.

Do you have a cnc program or hand porting , I have all the hard ware to finish the topend, comp 943 springs ,retainers ,cups ,locks ,xd roller rockers .Would I be better off buying a set off of you ,brand doesn't matter as long they perform. Non of my intakes are ported either.
