I actually get better life out of the K950 and I do the PAC 1226.. SBC, 2.100 stainless valves, 7500 rpm, .730 lift.

NICE! I like the stuff. It has come a long way over the years. The quality of the spring is top shelf, IMO.

Never half step on springs, your motor will like you. Me I always use a bigger then spring needed for better reliability. But I am diff. then most . Springs can make mince meat out of your motor when they let loose.
I go were not many play 9500 rpms plus with a bbc

Ok I am old the term half step, or half stepping is the same as doing something half assed. Military half step forward, not a full step, only doing something cheaply. Buying something to save money and not quality. Half stepping.
