FED in KS.

Hello, looking @ a FED on e-bay [#1105606329994] that is located in Eldorodo, KS. Is there anyone on here that is close to this city/town?. Posted on another site [YB] and had 2 replies. Both were 1 1/2 hr + from the item. The offering seems a little too good and the 1000.00 non refundable deposit has me a little concerned. I am 60+ yrs old and am in Oh. I just wanted it for some local events and a few close GoodGuys events [this is the type of car I grew up with and helped with as a youngster] NO I wont be driving it, just want to have some good times with old friends @ the track [s]. Hello, project is on hold for now. Looking @ some other options as to other cars. This one may be too narrow in drivers compt. [ie shoulder width] and the height from seat pan to underside of updated cage. The owner sent me more pics and some dim s. I will say it is a clean car and current owner seems to be very honest with the names and history [although it isnt anything special]. Thanks for your input. Adger, what does your message translate to in non computer speak? Also I still would like to speak with you about Nostalgia AA/FD BBC tune-up. Thanks Al
